Australian Pancreatic Cancer Genome Initiative
The Australian Pancreatic Cancer Genome Initiative (APGI) is part of the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) a worldwide collaborative effort to catalogue the genomic and epigenomic abnormalities in the top 50 Cancers. Each Country has taken on a different cancer with Australia taking on Pancreatic Cancer. Our funding for the Garvan Institute is going towards this hugely important Initiative.
